When visiting United's website, you are not required to identify yourself or give us any information about yourself, unless you specifically choose to provide personal information (for loan information requests, new account requests, or surveys, for example). Passwords

When accessing United's Online Banking system, your password is protected via encryption. To make your online banking activities more secure, we recommend:

  • you change your password frequently
  • you never use passwords that are easy to guess (for example, birth dates, first names, pet names, phone numbers, etc.)
  • never provide your password to another person. Employees and agents of United Commercial Bank will never ask you for your online banking password.

Submitting Online Forms

Information you provide on electronic forms on United's website is encrypted. Your web browser will inform you when a form is encrypted for transmission.

Sending E-mail

E-mail sent within United Commercial Bank's Online Banking system is secure. E-mail that is not sent through the Bank's Online Banking system to us may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures are in place prior to transmitting the e-mail message. To ensure that you do not send personal confidential information (such as, social security numbers, account numbers) through unsecured e-mail, we recommend that you send such communications through the postal service, or call us at 1-800-821-3899, or visit one of our branches

Access to Your Account

You may access your account information using United's Online Banking system only if you have signed up for Online Banking service with United Commercial Bank. If you have not signed up for Online Banking service and would like to review your account information, you can visit one of our branches, call us at 1-800-821-3899 or write to us at the address listed on your account statement.
