Management Training Program

The Management Training Program at United Commercial Bank is an industry-leading program, which prepares individuals for key positions in the organization. Upon completing the program, Management Trainees will have a working knowledge of key areas of the bank's businesses and operations.

The training program provides individuals with classroom training, banking branch rotations, and extensive on-the-job training.

Requirements for Management Trainees

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Successful Graduates from our program have been placed into positions in the following areas:

• Retail Banking
• Construction Lending
• Private Client Services
• Finance and Accounting
• Business Banking
• Commercial Lending

The positions for each training class are based on the anticipated needs within specific regions. Positions are located in Northern and Southern California, Seattle, New York and Atlanta.
