The UCB Eco-Green Sweepstakes1 is our way of creating a culture of environmental responsibilities and to encourage customers to go green. It is easy to go green, simply open a qualified UCB deposit account, select to receive e-Statement and get up to 20 sweepstakes entries2 to win an eco-friendly 2010 Honda Insight LX and many more prizes3.

The Eco-Green Sweepstakes begins on October 23, 2009 and runs through December 31, 2009. On a limited time basis, customers who open a qualified deposit account with a minimum of $5006 will also receive an earth-friendly reusable, stainless steel water bottle.

1. The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of United States aged 18 or older. No purchase or transaction necessary to enter or win. UCB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

2. Qualified UCB accounts include all consumer accounts. Different account types will entitle different number of entries and the maximum entries received are 10 for opening a checking account. Signing up for e-Statement entitles you to receive 10 entries; also applicable to pre-existing accounts.

3. All prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee by UCB. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the winners’ sole responsibility. Purchase cost with sales tax of the car will be paid by UCB. The winner is responsible for all other costs associated with the ownership of the car.

4. All the banking services sign-up and POS transactions have to be completed between 10/23/09 and 12/31/09 in order to receive the Sweepstakes entries. Online bill pay transactions have to be made between 11/1/09 and 12/31/09 to qualify for the sweepstakes entries.

5. Excluding United Advantage Savings Plan. Limited to maximum of 50 entries per checking and savings account due to the deposit effort.

6. A minimum opening balance of $500 in new money is required to receive the promotional gift. Each account type requires different opening balance and is subject to different terms and conditions.
