1. Federally regulated transfer limitations apply. See "Consumer Account Agreement and Disclosures" for details.   2. Bonus payable at the end of the savings term when all terms and conditions are met. The bonus amount will be reported as interest for income tax purposes. If you withdraw funds prior to the end of your selected savings term, the eligibility to receive the bonus applicable to the UASP account will be forfeited. For a complete description of the UASP, please refer to the "Consumer Account Agreement and Disclosures", the "Supplemental Terms and Conditions" and the "Fee Schedule for Consumer Accounts". These materials contain information about fees, balance computation methods, compounding and crediting of interest among other important information about your accounts including contractual terms and conditions.   3. The minimum opening balance for UASP Classic, UASP Plus and UASP Premium is $50, $2,800 and $5,000 respectively. When you open a UASP account with the minimum opening balance, you must also schedule an automatic transfer of the pre-determined monthly deposit from a designated UCB deposit account (excluding Passbook Savings Account) into the UASP account.   4.
