Business Online Banking Login Instructions for First Time User
Thank you for enrolling in United Commercial Bank’s Business Online Banking Services. You already should have received an email notification about the successful set up of your Business Online Banking access and should have contacted our Customer Service Center to obtain your temporary Company Password and User Password. If you have not done so, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-821-3899 for assistance. After you have obtained your temporary passwords, please follow the steps below to login for the first time.
- Go to UCB’s website at http://www.ibankunited.com and click on “Login” under Business Online Banking.

- Enter Company ID, temporary Company Password, User ID and temporary User Password. Your Company ID and User ID can be found in UCB’s email notification. To obtain your temporary Company Password and User Password, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-821-3899 Monday to Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Pacific Time (9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. Eastern Time).

- Once you login, you will be prompted with the following screen asking you to enter a “Security Code”. The security code can be retrieved from the email address that you registered for our Business Online Banking. Please access your email in a separate browser window and do not close the current window. Closing the current browser window would invalidate the security code that was sent to your email address. You would need to enter a different security code that would be emailed to you when you open a new browser window.
When you access your email to retrieve the security code, you should receive two emails from support@digitalinsight.com with a subject of “Auto-Generated Response Notification”. The first email includes the temporary security code and the second email notifies you that a temporary access has been sent to a user (Only Company Administrator will receive two emails).

- Once you enter the temporary security code correctly, you will be prompted with the following screen asking whether you want to add extra security to your current computer. If you will use the same computer for your future logins and it is not a computer used by the general public, we recommend that you register your computer by checking the box, so you do not have to go through the same security process every time you login to our Business Online Banking.
If you are using a public computer or you will not use the same computer for your future logins, please do not enroll the computer and do not check the box. Simply click “Submit” to go to the next step.

- After the login security process has been completed, you will be asked to change your temporary Company Password. A new Company Password must be between 6 to 14 alpha/numeric characters. Your Company Password will be shared by all authorized users within your company and will never expire.

- After you changed your temporary Company Password, you will see the “Welcome” screen as shown below. You should go to the “ADMINISTRATION” tab to change also the temporary User Password.

- Follow the same steps to change your User Password. Again, a new User Password must be between 6 to 14 alpha/numeric characters. Each user will be prompted to change his User Password every 120 days for security reasons.
